There once was a flock of sheep.
They grazed freely on a great lawn,
and they were at peace.
Then one day they saw a Wolf.
The Sheep grew anxious.
They went to the Farmer,
he built a fence,
and they were at peace within the fence.
Then one day they saw a Wolf inside the fence.
The Sheep grew anxious.
They went to the Farmer,
he built a pen close to his house,
and they were at peace inside the pen.
Then one day they saw a Wolf inside the pen.
The Sheep grew anxious.
The went to the Farmer,
he built a barn, close to his house,
and they were at peace inside the barn.
Then one day they saw a Wolf digging outside the barn.
The Sheep grew anxious.
They went to the Farmer,
he built strong cages for each one of the Sheep,
and they were at peace inside their cages.
Then one day the Sheep realized that a lone Wolf was better to deal with,
than being locked up in cages.
The Farmer came in,
the sheep said they wanted their freedom back,
he said, “This is the price of your security, and I will never let you out.”
The Sheep realized,
the Farmer was the real Wolf,
to late.
